Kishore K. Sakhrani is a Director of ICS Trust (Asia) Limited. He heads both the Investment Department and the Trade Services Department and is actively involved in assisting Canadian and US firms plan and implement their China based strategies.

Mr. Sakhrani received a Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. In 1980, he was involved in the establishment of ICS TRUST with company founder, Elizabeth L. Thomson. After earning an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, he worked in the Leveraged Buyout department at Citibank Canada, and then in the Mergers and Acquisitions department at Burns Fry Ltd. Mr. Sakhrani returned to Hong Kong in 1990 and rejoined ICS TRUST. He is licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission in Hong Kong as an Investment Advisor.

Mr. Sakhrani is currently the Chairman of Community Business, a non-profit group promoting community involvement, diversity and non-discrimination in Hong Kong. He is also a past President of the Rotary Club of Hong Kong South and the former Chairman of the Indian Resources Group, which was instrumental in obtaining full British passports for Hong Kong residents who were going to be left stateless after the handover to Chinese administration. Mr. Sakhrani chairs the Alumni Development Board of the Richard Ivey School of Business.
