Who We Are

For more than 25 years, Hong Kong-based ICS TRUST
has been the gateway to China and Asia for businesses from around the world.

Established in 1980, ICS TRUST (Asia) Limited is a private company owned by a Canadian born-international lawyer, Elizabeth L. Thomson, and Hong Kong-raised investment banker, Kishore K. Sakhrani. Since inception, ICS TRUST has been helping successful entrepreneurs and multi-million dollar SMEs incorporate companies in Hong Kong and offshore jurisdictions, specializing in assisting to establish the most tax efficient and cost-effective corporate structures for their businesses or as vehicles in which to hold personal assets.

ICS TRUST now provides a comprehensive range of services for corporate structuring, commercial and trade solutions, including China business structuring, which is supported by a team of 50 highly qualified professional and internationally diverse staff.

ICS TRUST nevertheless, still retains its ‘boutique’ style and a personal approach. Solutions offered to clients are tailored to suit individual business needs and strategies. Moreover, clients are given single-point-of-contact account managers, to make it easy for our clients to work directly with us, and help us to understand the businesses of our clients.

Since 1992, ICS TRUST has been able to facilitate investment services through ICS Investments Limited, which is licensed by The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission as investment advisors. This additional arm enables us to provide private individuals and entrepreneurs value-added services, helping them to further increase the wealth generated from their businesses.
