Alyeaza P. Y. Chan (Ms.)

Alyeaza holds an MA degree in Human Resource Management and is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management. She is a seasoned HR generalist and had regional exposure to human resource management in the PRC and Singapore. She was previously with HAVI Food Services, Swire Properties, MCI, and Hong Kong Land.

Cindy W. S. Poon (Ms.)

Senior Shipping Assistant

Cindy rejoins the Trade Services Team after having been with ICS TRUST from 2000 to 2002. She holds a Professional Diploma in Logistics Management and is an associate member of the International Transport & Logistics Association. She has seven years experience in shipping.

Ramon M.E. Rivera (Mr.)

System Administrator

Ramon is our first point of contact for technology related issues ?system infrastructure and application support. He holds a BSc degree in Business Administration major in Computer Applications. He is experienced in system application support, database management, RDBMS development, and training various end-user communities.

Michael W. H. Tang (Mr.)

Accounting Clerk

Michael supports the In-House Accounting Team. He holds an advanced diploma in accounting; and has nearly seven years of work experiences in the banking and financial field. Michael was previously with the Bank SinoPac and OCBC Securities. He is also a member of the U.S. National Geographic Society and the U.K. Royal Geographical Society.
